Legal Question in Personal Injury in South Dakota

Found an electrical part in a bag of fries-scary.
I found and electrical part in a bag of fries a couple of months ago. I called the company and they didn't do much to satisfy me. I made arrangements to get them the part through the retailer I bought them at. Someone from the fry place called and said they would let me know what they found out. They said it would take a couple of weeks before they knew. Well it's been 2 months and I haven't heard any thing. When I found the part in the bag I went through a whole range of emotions, is it a prize, a bomb, poison? I feel as though they brushed me off and I am frustrated. Could I take them to court for the anguish this is causing me? Please just email me back to let me know. Thanks.
