When does a discharge come off the credit report?

The Fair Credit Reporting Act requires that report of a bankruptcy be removed ten (10) years after the date of the discharge. Credit reporting agencies (such as TRW and Equifax) can be compelled in federal court to comply with the law and those orders generally award attorney fees to the petitioner (that would be you).
