Bankruptcy on medical only

I would like to know if I can file bankruptcy on just my medical bill's only. In the state of TN.

No, you can never pick and choose certain debts to file on in bankruptcy. This is the case in every state. The paperwork you must fill out as part of your bankruptcy petition lists every debt you owe. There are some strategies that a good attorney can use to help you keep at least one credit card if you feel you must have one. But, you are required to sign and declare under oath that you have accurately and truthfully listed ALL of your debts on the paperwork. I hope this answered your question.
