Legal Question in Business Law in Tennessee

I just bought a car. My wife was supposed to be the primary buyer and my father was supposed to be the co signer. This was clearly expressed during the negotiations. We just got our first statement from the place we got the loan from and it has my father as the primary buyer and my wife as the co signer. Now me and my wife cant even get insurance on it without my father being on the policy, so the initial insurance policy that i bought to get the car isnt valid, so they let me leave the lot knowing that I didnt have insurance and that they purposely switched the loan around on my wife and my father, is there anything that can be done to fix this?

Any attorney will say a review of all facts, documents, etc. is required. After that, a personal consultation is needed. This is not a simple bulletin board type question. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
