Legal Question in Business Law in Tennessee

I have taken some checks from customers and have not turned the money into the company I work for. The total amount is around $20000.00. I know this is wrong. What are the laws i have broken and what should I do to take care of this problem?

This isn't that complicated. You should immediately return all of the money to your employer. What you have done is embezzlement/theft and you could go to jail for it. It is extremely unlikely that your employer will never notice the theft and when they do, it will be worse for you if you have not already come forward and made restitution.
