Would personal opinion fall under slander/defemation of character?

I have had a confrontation with a neighbor who has offended many in my community with his behavior. If I posted a flyer, in a public place that explicitly made it known that i am not in favor of this individual and why i am not, and make it well know that the statements are personal opinions, cn this be construed as slander or defamation.

Defamation is the publishing of false information which causes damage to the target individual. Be sure that whatever you post in the flyer is completely truthful.
