Legal Question in Technology Law in Tennessee

Posting pictures on Internet

I have a website with various pictures of friends and their children. One friend has a daughter and his ex-wife has objected to her pictures being on the internet. She has threatened to file a complaint through her lawyer to force me to remove the pictures. Does she have a legitimate argument and am I violating any laws in which I could find myself in trouble?
