Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Tennessee

Good afternoon:

I NEED TO KNOW IF IT IS AGAINST THE LAW FOR A COLLECTION AGENCY TO CONTACT ME ON SUNDAY.I also need to know what to do if someone is has signed for a card in my name.I divorced and a year and half later I find out my ex-wife got a card in my name,used it and did not pay the bill,the divorce was final when the card was signed

by her,using my name..

For your ex-wife, you need to seek a petition against her for violating the final decree or MDA in your divorce (most of them provide that you can no longer obtain debt in your spouse's name). Most of them also provide for the paying of attorney's fees. If this is the case, you should seek a lawyer to seek an enforcement.
