Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee

Theft By Friends

My wife and I took our son's go-kart to a

co-workers' home to be repaired. During the

process he agreed to store go-kart in his garage

until parts could be received to complete repairs.

He has since moved and taken the go-kart with

him without notifying us, and we believe that he

has taken it out of state. What crime if any has he

committed and what can we do to recover?
