I am seperated since may 18th 2000.

filed for divoce same day... divorce isn''t over yet I have cousdty of my kids.. my wife lives with another man. Question is does she have the right too take my kids there too spend the nite.

I have two girls ages 9&12

Probably she does have that right. The court does not get into morality questions unless it involves detriment to the child. (Not a good legal answer, but that will give you a good practical guideline) If you have a concern, set the matter for family court mediation and work through the issues. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
