seeing someone after divorce

I recently got divorced and I am seeing someone. My ex is threatening to take full custody of our child and make me pay more money because of this. She says it is illegal for me to see her and to have the child around her. Is this true and can she get full custody and make me pay more money?

I am assuming that you are a "male" asking this question. The answer is "no". You are free and over 21 years old, you can do whatever you want within the law. What law is she citing making it "illegal" for you to continue on with your life? She is probably just jealous. By the way, even if you were a "woman", the answer is still "no".
