Property in a divorce

My husband and I bought a business but he is the only one on the actual business. In the case of a divorce, is half of it mine? Will all of our assetts bought after marriage going to be split equally?

Assets and liabilities are divided equitably based upon multiple factors. Equitable does not mean equal depending on the circumstances. The one asset is weighed amongst the remaining assets and liabilities.
