Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

Is this true?

I have just turned 18 on november 05. And my parents just singed their divorce papers. My mom said that I had to stay with her till I finshed school. I am expecting a baby. I would like to move in with the dad of the baby. But my mom said that I could not cause the layer and everyone said that I could not. I mean I am 18 teen. That is the legal age? I seen the divorce papers and they said that my dad was to pay till I finshed school. But nothing about having at home till I did. I would just like to know the truth.

Re: Is this true?

You are 18. You can live where and with whom you want, whether it is a good idea or not is another issue. Your mother likely is telling you what she is because once you move out she will lose the child support payments. That is your mother's problem, not yours.
