neighbor issues
I live in a upper middle class neighborhood and my neighbor has adult children that are in adn out at all times of the day and night along with their friends. The 28 year old son has been arrested at least 5 times and dragged from the home by the police in the past year that they have been in our neighborhood. I, along with the other neighbors, feel like illegal activity has been going on inside the home. The son was pulled from the home by bounty hunters last week. I am afraid to go outside my home and also afraid to leave my teenage daughters at home alone. Do I have any legal recourse?

If it can be established that the neighbor is creating a nuisance, then you may be able to do something. However, a question that will need to thought through very early is exactly what sort of remedy you are seeking.
