Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Tennessee

a girl that i know wants to move out

the girl that i know wants to move out of her parents home because the stepfather yeals at her for no reason at all and tells her that she is kicked out of the home and she walks out of the door and walks and then the stepfarther tells her to get backin the home she is 16 going to be 17 in december and goes to school full time is there a emancipation law for the state of tennessee please help me

To become emancipated, she needs to show that she is responsible , has a job and can support herself. She also needs to ahow that she has been livintg somewhere else other than her parent's home. A pregnancy would also emanicpate her but I certainly do not recommend that as an avenue to emancipation.
