auto crash
i was involved in a accident where i or the other driver did not have insurance, the police report has me in fault. the other driver has got a attorney to sue me for damage, what should i do.

First, get insurance now. It will not help this case but it could certainly help in the future. As you can tell, you should include uninsured motorist coverage. As far as the current case, you need to hire a lawyer or defend the case yourself if you have to. I would never suggest going into a court room as a plaintiff or defendant without a lawyer, so if there is anyway possible, hire legal counsel. If you think it is the other driver's fault you can file a countercomplaint. Good luck.
