Car Accident 3 pile fault
My wife was in an accident last month and we dont have insurance, a car in front of my wife was stoped to turn and my wife was stopped behind him. Another car came up from behind my wifes car and hit here from the back, nocking her into the car infront of her as well. The car in front of my wife turned off and came back a few minutes later, driver had suspended liscence. The ladies ins. company that hit my wife is not calling us back and will not communicate with us. Question: is the driver that hit us responsible for all parties?

It all depends on the totality of the circumstances. From your description, it sounds as if the bulk og the fault would be assessed to the driver that hit your wife.
