dui charge being dropped

im looking to follow up on civil suit against sumner county tenn. for holding me in jail 23 days before going to court and loosing my job in the state of indiana where i live.i have not heard anything from the attorney generals office sense ive contacted them in september of 2007 i believe im entitled to some sort of compensation.
