Legal Question in Personal Injury in Tennessee

hello today i was cleaning my rims on my truck i was bent down cleaning on my knees when my neighbors truck was started and while i was cleaning my rims the truck rolled down the hill and struck me in the back and my face went into the front fender and pinned me to the side of my truck i somehow got out of it and we called the police i had to leave the scene in a ambulance and had scans and faceial bone xrays all seemed ok face is swollen badly gums and nose and forehead hit the fender really hard teeth are sore and nose hurts back is stiff and has pain in the lower quad area and had pretty severve headache tonight jus needing to know my best advice he had the truck running unattended and d=said his emergency brake was broke and it was a 5 speed really really scary aftr i think about how lucky i am 2 more inches to the right and it would of cut me in half paramedic said .please help if u can with any advice thanks..
