Legal Question in Personal Injury in Tennessee

Windshield damage caused by soccer ball.

My husband was driving home from work when he passed a soccer complex. A soccer ball came over the fence and hit the windshield, causing multiple cracks. We obtained the team names and the number to the Complex. The general manager of the complex denied responsibility and gave us the number for the president of the team organization. I called him also and he denied responsibility, stating that the complex is responsible. What can I do if both the complex and the organization are denying responsibilty?
