Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Tennessee

How to change deeds to another person?

Me, my brother, and my sister inherited a house from my father. I want to buy it from them and we have agreed on a price. I need to know what to do to make it official and anything else i might need to know. Thank you!

If the house is paid for, then it would be quite easy to have them execute a deed to you and you execute a deed of trust to them with payment arrangements on how to pay them back; unless you are paying them cash in full to buy their shares of the home in which case you simply have them sign over a deed to you for the amount your are paying them. Then you take the deed and record it in your county deeds' office.
