what do i need to file to have a husband removed from a deed?

If you and your husband both hold title to the property - if both of your names appear on the current deed - then he needs to execute a quitclaim deed, transferring his ownership rights in the property to you. You then record the quitclaim deed in the register of deed's office in the county where the property is located.
