Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Tennessee

tenants in entirety

How do I tell how my home is titled? I have reviewed deed of trust but it mostly talks about loan info.

Re: tenants in entirety

Review the Warranty Deed or Quit Claim Deed, not the Deed of Trust.

Under Tennessee law, husband and wife take title as Tenenats by the Entireties unless specified otherwise.

Contact me if you can not tell from looking at the warranty or quit claim deed.
