Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Tennessee

Sexual Harrassment

I filed a complaint with my company, which might I add is a large well-known company. I also had 4 co-workers file statements as well telling what they had seen and heard. The company decided to move my manager to a different location just 10 miles away where I may still have to do business there. Is this a fir decision? I also want to know if I have enough to file a lawsuit? And if so, can they fire or suspend me during this time?

Re: Sexual Harrassment

The employer's obligation is to take action reasonably calculated to end the harassment. If they have done that, then their obligation is fulfilled.

Before you consider a lawsuit, you should first consider what you have to prove damages.
