garnisment
i have no money in my bank but someone put an garnisment on my account now i am really in the hole..can they do that without letting me know..i do get a small disability check but that's once a month..what can i do

Generally speaking, funds that are the proceeds of disability income can't be garnished, but you'll have to prove the source of the funds. You should speak with a lawyer.
