Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

We are currently in the process of wanting to start the adoption process, we are unfamiliar with Texas law and would like to know what are the first steps in this process. We do know that it will be a private adoption with the birth mother being related.

You should have an attorney do this for you. It is important to get all of the documents done correctly and not to miss sny of the steps in the process.
