the use of company vehicle

if two other company employees use a company van when they are having car troubles,in order for them to get to work.ok`d by the GMand they are white and I`m black with the same situation and told i cant use a company van is that discrimination?

In order for this to be something that you can sue your employer about under federal law, you must have suffered a materially adverse employment action. Thpically, this includes such things as terminations, suspensions and demotions. What you describe, however, may be part of a larger pattern of conduct which may give rise to a harassment claim. You have not provided enough facts to identify any sort of harassment that may be occurring.

Additionally, state law may provide some relief beyond that provided by federal law. To determine your rights under state law, you need to check with an experienced labor and employment law attorney who is licensed in your state.
