Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Texas
My father let me take the note up on his atv. We didnt write out a contract. I pay him every month and he gives me a receipt. I have been paying on it for 3 years can he come back and take it from me?

He can but you have a verbal contract and you could sue him if he took it back.
