Legal Question
Filed 11.07 was denied by State Court years ago. Now to Federal Court?
My husband filed a 11.07 many of years ago, which was denied by the State Court and Court of Criminal Appeals, but he never went to Federal Court.
Is there a way, many of years later, he can get the Federal Court to hear the writ?
