What is the time limitations for requesting, applying for or being granted a Writ of Certiorari?

Re: Writ of Certiorari

If you're talking about Ceriorari to the U.S. Supreme Court, then your petition must be filed within 90 days after the Texas Supreme Court either (1) enters judgement, or (2) denies review. (See U.S. Supreme Court rule 13.1.)

If you're referring to a proceeding within Texas that goes by the same name, then I can't help; I'm not a Texas lawyer and I don't know about your state's procedures.
