Legal Question in Banking Law in Texas
Banking account
If a check was wrote to me in my name, deposited in my account. The monies was debited out. I filed a police report against the person because Iam aware of who did it. The bank is threating me with a bond for my arrest.. What shall I do

Can you look at a copy of the deposited check to see if the signature looks like yours? DO you know where the check was first cashed/honored?
