citation in sworn account debt

this citation was issued by a judge.

he has ''commanded'' me to fill out the attached paperwork and submit.

what happens if i dont comply? this is for debt recovery, not criminal. could i go to jail for not compling?

If you don't respond the complaining party will take a default judgment against you.

Disobeying a judge's order is one of the more foolish things you can do.

Yes, you can be put in jail for "contempt of court."
