Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
If I rent someone a space to hold a show on only Fridays each month for $62.50 per night (or $250 per month) on a month-to-month basis, what happens when there is 5 Fridays in a particular month instead of 4 Fridays? They pay in advance on the last Friday of each month by the way.

As a Franchise Attorney I think you need to cover this issue with appropriate language in your rental contract. Something like: $62.50 per night or $250 per month, whichever is greater. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice and wording.
