Legal Question in Business Law in Texas

Selling training clothes

My friend who is resident in USA is trying to import some soccer training clothes from korea or china.

and trying sell them to soccer team.

but he has a question about clothes. That clothes are imitated from european professional soccer team's clothes. Usually it made in china.

But it doesn't have any sports wear company logo just copy of soccer team clothe design with supporters logo and soccer team logo. For example supporters, Samsung mobile,A I G and Benq simens.

and the tag of clothes indicates size ,made from, factory or company name.

so If he is going to sell them to civilian or highschool soccer teams,it makes trouble?

Re: Selling training clothes

All corporate sponsor logos are trademarked and used by the professional teams by special arrangement and permission of the company (e.g. Samsung). Use of any trademarked symbols without authorization infinges on the company's rights and may subject the unauthorized user to civil and/or criminal penalties.
