Which type of business structure provides the best security for personal information (my name, personal address, etc)?

I would have to know more about your business activity, and what type of privacy for your personal information you want to create

Although business structures are mainly concerns in other areas. A corporation might provide you more security, because it could operate under a corporate name, and would have it's own Tax Id#.
