Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas

car fraud

I purchased a car in April of 07' from a local dealership. The odometer read around 57,000 miles(I have to check the contract, but I am positive it was with in 5,000 miles of that) I just did an auto check and it shows that before I purchased my car it was bought at auction with +50,000 miles more then what I purchased it for. The miles were clearly rolled back. Im still making payments on this car.( I know I got screwed) It will be paid off by next april. Is it too late for me to take action? Should I report the dealership to BBB?

Re: car fraud

Yes report to BBB and Texas Attorney General,,,and we would be happy to take the case but not on total contingency..ie require a retainer..as the "dealer" who pulls such deceit..normally has funds hidden..
