Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas

false cpr report
My ex and filed a cps report against me making accusations if sexual abuse to my 2 daughters that live with me they were seen by a physican and was cleared of any assault on them whatso ever I was cleared and the case was closed now she has filed another one saying her now4 yr old has made an outcry I have not seen him in over 1 1/2 and he was investigated the first time and I was clear now she is trying again to accuse me of something I did not do since we are in an ugly divorce and fighting over our daughters now I have to have supervised visits till im cleared yet again what can I do about all this i have the same cps worker and she said the claims were bogus but she has to investigate cause its the law what can I do?
