Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
My husbands x-wife called our health insurance company claiming to be me giving my birthday and other information asking about my daughters healthcare coverage, did she break any laws so that i can press charges?

Notify the insurance company about the fraud and have them put some kind of password or secret question on the account so that she will not be able to do this again. Otherwise, what is your damage?
