Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas

A neighbor and my husband exchanged words because his children pushed my child down on the ground so my husband yelled at them to go home.

Now the neighbor is calling all of my other neighbors and telling them to be careful about sending their children to our house.

He has also now showed a website to a 10 year old girl and told her that my uncle is a sex offender, and he also called some of my neighbors and told them not to let their children come to my house because my uncle is a sex offender.

My uncle lives with me, but I know this is a lie. He is an educator who has a background check and fingerprints done yearly.

Is there anything I can do legally to stop this man from trying to ruin my entire family.

What he's doing is called SLANDER, and you need to sue him. In connection with the lawsuit, as for an injunction (1) prohibiting him from telling lies about your uncle and (2) requiring him to take down the website.
