ok so i was talking to this girl on a chat room and she told me to sign up on her website with "her credit card" she gave me the info and i signed up but the website told me i was being investigated for fraud i need help i dont know what to do i didnt mean to commit a crime and there is no way to prove she sent me that message

Have "this girl" sign an affidavit that she authorized it and send it to the website. If she won't then this is some sort of scam, probably to get some benefit from the website and stick you with the bill. It goes without saying that was a really dumb thing to do, but I had to say it anyway. To help yourself, report it to your local district attorney with full details. That may prevent the district attorney from doing anything as regards the fraud allegation if it comes to him/her later on.
