direct tv

can direct tv keep me from getting service because my brother in law had service and used my address even though i did not live in his home i did nt have the servcice . h had his own property and it was in repossion when i bought it from the real estate comp. they are refusing me service because he left oweing a bill joann gray

Unless they have an agreement with the city or registered as a utility, they can coose which customers they want - even if it's for a bad reason.
