Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas

Lemon Law question

I am having major issues with my automobile and I am in a quandry about how to approach it. I pre-ordered a Nissan 350Z two years ago and waited six months for it to be built and delivered. Since I received the car it has been nothing but trouble. At 4000 miles I had to have the transmission replaced. Then again at 11000 the tranny needed replaced again. To make a long story short I am now on my 4th transmission.(original + three replacements). At about 15000 miles I began having oil consumption issues. I mentioned this on several occasions to the dealer but it went on deaf ears. At about 22000 miles they finally listened to me and decided to replace the valve cover gaskets to no avail. They basically hoped that would fix it and waited until the next 3k when my oil change was due. At 25,xxx I complained that it was still eating .5 to 1 qt pr 1000 miles. They started me on an oil consumption test and for 2k miles now they have measured that I lost 1+ qts of oil in 2k miles. They have decided to replace my bottom end of the engine. I feel this negatively affects the value of my car and want to know if I have any recourse to make them buy this LEMON back. There's more but I'm out of space. If I get a reply I will explain further.
