When refinancing a car loan, is the new transaction a new contract? Is the old loan paid off?
Refund on warranty contract was to be refunded if loan paid off or certain mileage reached and warranty policy was not used.

Generally, the refinancing of a car is a new contract. This may not be the case if you refinanced with the same lender.
