Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I have been contacted by an attornies office saying that they are ready to supena me to court for a credit card debt I have not paid on in many years.

Can I be taken to court and sued by this attorney

You can be sued for old debts. Whether than can prove anything or they actually sue is a different story.
