Notice of nonsuit without prejudice

I have recieved through certified mail, a notice of nonsuit without prejudice. Upon calling the number listed I found out it was in regard to a credit card from 5 years ago. It has a cause no. at the top of the page. I can not afford what they are asking me to pay....what are my options.
