Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas
I received a 4600 dollar check and deposit in my checking, bank made it available next day, I spent the money later to find out the check had no funds. What are my legal consequences????

Bank will expect you to make it good..and hopefully the maker of the check has funds now..
