what is required to get a civil judgement cleared once payment is made to the party owed? Is there a form/judgement satisfaction form that can be signed

release of judgment must be obtained from whoever had the judgmetn..and then recorded with the clerk of the court....many credit card/bank etc prepare such releases and even file them if asked..but if it was an individual who had the judgment..they must sign before a notary public..then it must be filed..but really for a reasonable sum most lawyers could do it for you
