Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I have 2 pending charges, Minor Assault and Criminal mischief... both on camera (supposedly) What might happen?

There is no "minor assault". If you are charged with Class C assault - offensive touching - it is a fine only. If you are charged with a higher level, then it depends on your criminal history but the maximum on any misdemeanor is 1 year in jail. (Criminal mischief can be a felony or misdemeanor depending on the level.)
You might get a dismissal. You might get time in jail or prison. You might get probation.
