ABSOLUTELY. The U.S. Constitution gives you the rights, (no State law can take away these rights), to confront and cross-examine the witnesses against you in a criminal case. If you are charged with a crime, and you do not waive your rights by a plea bargain or failure to object, then you have the right to demand a trial and no evidence should be admitted that denies your right to confront and cross-examine the witnesses against you.
