aggravated robbery with deadly weapon

my son is going to prison for aggravated robbery with deadly weapon for 25 years th thing is he didnt do it , his freind committed the crime .he was on probation for carry a gun. he pleaded guilty for 15 years. his public defender so he took the deal. there was 3 robbery did in one nite,there was only one he confused cause he was pick out i line up. he didnt do the others. but his girlfren wanted to testufy againt his fren bu the pulic defender gave her th wrong time. so he went to ask judge for probation she gave him 25 i am not understanding this please help me to find a good lawyer
